So, we went out on Saturday to the comedy club and I have to say, even though there were jokes about the Northern Irish (I dived under the table at this point before scowling at everyone not to give the game away that I was NI-ish), it was a very amusing night. The first comedian (Hal some-body or other whose wife is Northern Irish) was hilarious (or hararious BB fans!!). Unfortunately the second guy (although funny) wasn't as good and I think he admitted defeat by the end of his set as many of the audience started talking to each other which isn't very nice. Note to self - google who the comedians where.

Our hotel was pretty swish indeed. I had beef bourgonion (that is NOT spelt right and I DONT care) and the fella had some sort of posh beef burger. Their bar also operates on an "honesty book" where you go up to the bar and take whatever drink you want then write in the honesty book what you took and they bill it to your room!! There's no bar-staff or anything. It's a hotel in the centre of Leeds called Quebecs if anyone's visiting.

Only a wee bit hung-over the next day which was surprising given my previous form.
