Don't know if this counts as a fail but I had to crack out the credit card tonight to buy a new hot water bottle. It was only £15.85 and was essential because my old one leaked hot boiling water all over my now scalded left thigh.
I think this is fine. Something always crops up each month, usually a birthday or car -tax or wanting that LBD from Asos, so as long as I don't buy anything other than food and pay my bills I think I can continue with my £10 a week thing.
