Have cold.

Got to have many cuddles with Isobel yesterday. Christ she can trump! We'll make a sailor out of her yet.
She was lovely though. Very good and got a couple of smiles out of her.

Have just finished a Mills and Boon 'novel' - term used VERY lightly - an appalling example of how women should never be. Weak and pathetic always needing a man to sort things out.....much sex!!!!....always blaming themselves when it clearly was the mans fault.....more sex!!!!.....my curiosity has been quashed with this.

Bought 4 new Marian Keyes books - well, I'm going to need something to keep me occupied in my weeks of redundancy!!

Is the redundancy definite for you? (Sorry if you've said, but I have tried to work backwards on posts that I missed when away)

And I agree that Mills and Boon aren't the sort of thing to read when stuck at home against your choice - you end up thinking your brain has gone missing!

  Not sure yet - they want to keep 12 but get rid of 18 so odds are not good. Trying to be hopeful!!!!!

Marian Keyes is brilliant - especially in this weather - get up for breakfast, go back to bed & read til lunch, get up for lunch, go back to bed & read til tea, eat dinner and sit down to finish the book.

Go bed. Which ones you got? I returned 'the charming man' couldnt get into it, that & Lucy talks I haven't been keen on, perhaps the diary style?

  I have heard unfavourable reviews of Charming Man so I'm starting near the beginning. I'm reading Watermelon at the mo and will go onto Rachel's Wedding, Lucy Sullivan is Getting Married and Sushi for Beginners.
