I am busy.
I think that is all I have to say.
Oh, and I have an interview next week for that job in town that I really, really want to get.

Oh, I'm too ill to go see Eddie Izzard tonight. Says he.
After months of looking forward to this gig he was hocking our tickets to friends on Facebook. ![]()
Then Liverpool won their wee game. He was as right as rain to go out after that. I had got used to the idea of a cosy night in as because of his man flu I haven't seen him for about 3 days as he has been hibernating under the duvet.
So we went. And he was ok. Not as good as he was when he was younger. Maybe he's too Hollywood now. ![]()
But he looked amazing.
@ Thursday, 22. Oct, 2009 – 20:05:59
Started my theatre course on Wednesday.
The cast of Cocoon turned up. ![]()
Seriously, it was really very good. Although I was probably the youngest there by about 30 years.
We were joined by playwrite Leo Butler who is an award winning writer. Never heard of him but he was so enthusiastic about what he does for a living it started to rub off on me. And I have never considered writing a script before! He talked to us about how he got started and the whole process and at the end of the session he asked us to write a simple scenario, a love story, just for ourselves. We all looked a bit scared and I know I thought I'd never be able to write something but don't you know, I wrote something that I think I can take further. If not as a script but certainly as a short story. ![]()
Got an interview on Tuesday for audio typing so hopefully I will get something good out of the meeting as the job I am doing now, whilst everyone is great and I am getting on well with them, I just don't know how much longer I can go on with it. I have now gone into bitterness over the whole redundancy thing. I had a great job which I adored.....and now I don't....
Ah well, at least I'll find out who the father of Heather's baby is tonight.
@ Tuesday, 20. Oct, 2009 – 20:24:45
Been busy.
Finished my head cold on Sunday. Now I have a regular cold.
Maybe I should have gone for that flu jab.
Anyhoo, the job is pretty damn boring but it pays my bills and gets me off the dole - the only reasons why I am there. And I am hoping I can get an interview for this job in town which I would really like. I should know either Thursday or Friday. ![]()
We've also re-bought the house.
So all going well we should be in within the next 2 or 3 weeks. ![]()
Jesus I'm tired.
Oh, went to see Michael McIntyre last night. Hilarious.
@ Friday, 16. Oct, 2009 – 14:19:11
So I have a job. ![]()
And a few others!! The phone hasn't stopped ringing today.
This be the order of phone ringing:
1) An agency called saying that they were going to forward my CV to their client for a job I applied for yesterday
2) A woman called about a job I applied for weeks ago asking me to attend an interview on Friday
3) The agency woman that I've been waiting for rang me and asked me to start on Monday!!!!
4) Another agency that I am with rang and offered me a receptionist job - I turned it down
5) Another agency phoned me there about a job I applied for yesterday and my CV will be put forward etc etc
Now, I've had 2 months of nothing. Of sheer hell and here we are with 5 opportunities in as many hours. I have no idea what I am going to do. Although I am def going to start the job on Monday the last job is in town and is more money and has the opportunity of going permanent.
The fella said to start the temp job on Monday and if I need to go on an interview for the last one on Thursday then I should just go for it. Hmmm how annoying is this?
I also have a head cold and was looking forward to snuggling under my duvet all day trying to catch up on the sleep I lost out on last night.

My name is Jembajr and I will no longer tolerate online stalkers.
I will not feed their fire by responding to their comments or posts except in three ways:
1. I will choose to delete their offending comment if I can
2. I will ignore their comments/posts on another blog
3. And then, I will move on.
I will not give them blogging space or another thought for there are many other people here that deserve my energy and attention.
May this blogging community regain its blogging spirit and take back this community from stalkers and claim it as their own.
If you believe this as well, then copy and post this on your blog with your user name.
That is all.

What the fucks all the BMW stuff about???
Anyway, rang the agency this morning and she was "with a client" - at 9:15am?? I don't think so. So, left my number, AGAIN, and I am in the process of waiting for her call.
What the fuck is that all about? She's avoiding me. Why? Why???????????
Am I being too pushy now? I emailed last friday and left my number on Monday then today - is this too much?
@ Tuesday, 13. Oct, 2009 – 21:03:08
Fucking agencies!!
"They definitely want you" she says, "We are just waiting for a start date"
That's fine thinks I, at least there is a job there somewhere. A week later, she ignores my email - all I was asking for was an update. Today, she ignores my phone call - either whoever took my call didn't pass the message or she's a total fucking ignoramus.
It must be very difficult to answer an email and to pick up the phone, dial and then speak.
Just because I am unemployed doesn't make me a worthless scumbag. Fuck, shit, piss.

Off home tomorrow.
Just for the weekend and I hope no-one mentions jobs or the house. Will get to see rascal. Hope he remembers me and still likes me.
Been a really tough week for me. I hit the wall completely. Was surly and rude to anyone who should have had the misfortune to encounter me. ![]()
The fella gave me a copy of todays Mirror and said that there was a supplement in it - it was Heat magazine - I have a feeling he had something to do with this "supplement." He also said that there was another supplement in the fridge. It was a chocolate cake from M&S and some whipping cream. I said that the Mirror were being very generous with their supplements today.
My first love you see - none of the others would have done that for me.

Tired of waiting. And waiting. For the phone.
Started my audio transcription course yesterday. She took my £250 and fucked off. Well, not quite. She was a very nice woman but I didn't realise that the course isn't tutor led i.e. the tutor would be there on hand to ask questions etc etc. She doesn't even stay in the room with you and she never said where her office is!
Well, first off the printer was broke and I couldn't find her to come and fix it so I ignored what I needed to print off thinking I could do it at the end when she would most probably be around. Wrong. My 2 hours were up and could I find her anywhere?? Could I feck. I even asked a couple of people in the next office if they had seen her to which they replied, "sorry, never heard of her" ![]()
So, I buggered off home and sent her an email saying I couldn't book in my next session because I couldn't find her!! Booked my next session for tomorrow but I am not impressed. I have paid £250 - £250 that I don't really have considering my redundant position - and I'm not getting the service I expect!!!
I had my induction for another course I am doing today. And I have to say, for something that is costing me £8 for 3 courses, the whole set up was more professional than the so called pro's above. There are about 6 people on hand IN THE SAME ROOM should I need help. Local college's you see - worth their weight in gold.
Moan over.

Well, I didn't get a ring but I got an email reply.
For the first time in a month things are looking positive. That is all I am saying. ![]()
Had a lovely Friday night meeting new people. A girl moved into one of the flats in the next block to us and she sent an open invitation round every flat inviting them over to say hi etc. I was expecting quite a few people to turn up seeing as there are about 150 people who live here. About 8 people turned up, including us. So I was a bit annoyed for her seeing as it was brave of her putting herself out like that. She weren't bothered anyway and was a really nice girl. The fella woke up this morning hungover like a bastard and I laughed at him because I wasn't.
We all said we would meet up again in someone elses flat to do it all again.
Proper excited about next week. I have a load of courses to do and I am flying home at the weekend to see Rascal. He's 14 months now and hasn't started walking yet. Think I am going to try and get him moving.
